The conference will be hosted at the ORNL Spallation Neutron Source.
In-person attendees will receive detailed information about arrival and badging. Please plan to be at the Visitors Center at least one hour before the beginning of the session.
The nearest major airport is Knoxville McGhee-Tyson.
We will be reserving a block of rooms at the ORNL Guest House which is across the parking lot from the meeting venue. Airport Taxis and Uber are options to travel from the airport to the ORNL Guest House. Working lunch and dinner will be provided at the meeting.

There are many options for affordable lodging offsite in Oak Ridge within about 15-20 minute drive from the SNS. You will likely want a car if you choose to stay offsite.
